What Is The Dress Code For Afternoon Tea At Harrods?

The Harrods store has a policy of allowing customers to wear whatever they like, but some guidelines must be followed if you want to enjoy the full Harrods experience.

No sports shoes and trainers

This applies to both men and women. If you’re wearing trainers or sports shoes, you’ll be asked to remove them before entering the store. This is because retailers believe that people who wear sports shoes or trainers tend not to spend much money in their stores – so they don’t want them coming in!

Generally, it is all about Smart casual; Smart-casual dress is required, so no jeans, trainers (sneakers), sports clothing, or T-shirts. No flip-flops or thong sandals and Bermuda or beach shorts are acceptable.
