The 21-Day Self-Confidence Booster Challenge To Feel Good
We have all heard about the 21-day self-confidence booster challenge but have ever practiced it? So today we have brought you our 21-day challenge. So for 21 days use this challenge to boost your self-confidence. Let’s start!
Day 1: Give Yourself A Pep Talk Every Day
Always give yourself a personal pep talk! You are strong and capable, and you can do anything you set your mind to.
There are a lot of people ready to criticize, but we should ensure that we are available for ourselves. Believe in yourself and your abilities, and know that you are capable of great things. Trust yourself to make the right decisions, and know that you will always find a way to succeed.
You are amazing, and you can do anything you set your mind to. So believe in yourself, and go out there and achieve your goals.
Day 2: Smile At Strangers
Smiling at strangers is always a good act to practice. It might seem difficult on the first day, but believe me, it is something that can do magic. Imagine walking through the park and seeing a woman walking her dog. Smile at her and imagine her smiling back at you. Feel this nice moment and actually do it.
Not just this, but you can compliment someone by saying things like ‘I like your dress!’
Day 3: Make Eye Contact With People
On day three, add a new habit to your bucket. When you are talking to someone, look at them. It shows that you are interested in what they have to say. Making eye contact can also make you appear more confident.
If you are having trouble making eye contact, try this exercise: practice talking to people you know while looking into their eyes. Once you get more comfortable, try talking to strangers. Remember to keep your eyes relaxed and don’t stare.
Day 4: Give Compliments Freely
On day four, compliment others. It’s a great way to make them feel good, and it’s also a nice way to make you feel good. You can compliment someone on their appearance, their accomplishments, or anything else you think is worthy of praise.
Day 5: Speak Your Mind
You can use your mind to gain confidence. It is one of the most difficult things to do. However, if you can learn how to do this, you will be able to gain confidence in your life. Speak up for yourself. Instead of keeping things bottled up inside, say how you feel with confidence. Speak up for yourself.
Day 6: Do Something Outside Your Comfort Zone Every Day
Whether it’s bungee jumping, skydiving, or simply speaking in front of a large group, push yourself to do something that scares you. This is a great habit to add on the 6th day to boost your confidence.
Day 7: Take Care of Your Appearance
We have all heard that we should take care of our appearance and that we should not be lazy about the way we dress, but what does this mean? It means that you should make sure that you are well-groomed and that you are wearing clothes that are appropriate for the occasion. It also means that you should try to dress in a way that makes you look as attractive as possible and makes you feel great. Set out your outfits for the next upcoming week regardless if you stay home or you work.
Day 8: Be Assertive
We have all faced the situation when we want to say things clearly, but due to our low confidence, we may face difficulty in doing so. For this, let’s add this habit to our list on our 8th day. Be assertive for yourself and others when needed.
Day 9: Set Goals And Work Towards Them
Take the time to think about what you really want today. Once you know what you want, start setting up small steps to achieving your goals. Write it all out and make the first small step today.
Day 10: Be Positive
It is also important to be positive when you are trying to make a good impression. You should try to be positive about everything, even if it is something that you do not like. If you are negative, people are not going to want to spend time with you. Take the time to think about a negative thought that always replays yourself and write down a positive thought to flip.
Day 11: Be Grateful
Being grateful is different for every person. Choose your way of how you will practice gratitude and start practicing this habit. Some ways to be grateful for gaining confidence could include acknowledging your progress and feeling proud of yourself for overcoming any challenges. Additionally, you could express gratitude towards others who have helped you along the way or who have encouraged you. Create a 10 things your are grateful list.
Day 12: Be Mindful
Sometimes, due to a lack of confidence, we get confused about what we want or say. Start practicing mindfulness on your 12th day. When we are mindful, we are present in the moment and aware of our thoughts, feelings, and surroundings. We can control our reactions and remain confident in ourselves.
Day 13: Be Present
The first step is to become aware of your thoughts and feelings in the present moment. Once you are aware of your thoughts and feelings, you can begin to accept them and let them go. If you find that you are dwelling on past events or worrying about future events, try to focus on the present moment. Take a deep breath and focus on your breath. Feel the air enter and exit your lungs. Listen to the sounds around you. Observe the sensations in your body. If you can focus on the present moment, you will be more likely to be present. Go for a walk and take notice of everything around you.
Day 14: Listen To Your Intuition
We often find it difficult to trust ourselves and our institutions, which is often because of self-doubt. But do you think with self-doubt we can gain confidence? Absolutely no. Intuition is your inner voice or gut feeling. When you follow your intuition, you are following your heart and your gut feelings. This can help you to be more confident in your choices and your life. What is your intuition telling you right now?
Day 15: Have Faith In Yourself
As the two weeks of this challenge are over, now you need to start to practice the most important skill. I know this is easier said than done, but it is so important to learn to trust yourself. Trust yourself to be confident in who you are and what you are doing. Trust yourself to know what is best for you. Trust yourself to be able to handle whatever comes your way. The more you trust yourself, the more confident you will become. Challenge yourself to a new activity that you wouldn’t typically do.
Day 16: Take Care Of Your Relationships
We understand that due to a lack of confidence, communication in a relationship can also become difficult. Thus, for this reason, you need to nurture your relationships. You must first invest time in them. You need to communicate effectively, be supportive, and be there for your loved ones when they need you. Additionally, you should show your appreciation for them and make an effort to make them feel special. Call someone up and mend or build on the relationship.
Day 17: Invest In Your Personal Development
On the 17th day of confidence, you will feel like you have practiced a lot of things. So on the 17th day, focus on all of your previous habits and recall them. This would be the best thing to invest in your personal growth.
Day 18: Be Kind To Yourself
The first step to accepting others is accepting yourself. If you can’t look in the mirror and be happy with who you are, you will never be able to look at others and see them for who they are. Learn to love yourself, flaws and all. Once you do, it will be much easier to see the good in others. Write down the ways you can be kinder to yourself.
Day 19: Show Compassion
We can understand that sometimes people unapologetically treat us badly and this hurts our confidence and self-esteem. But let’s forgive them and start practicing compassion for them. For this, do not judge others harshly, but try to understand them and be kind. Write an I accept your apology letter to those who you believe would give you an apology.
Day 20: Forgive Yourself
I’m sorry for what I did… and I forgive myself.
Try these words. Try to forgive yourself. Let yourself be free from the chains of regret. Free yourself!
Day 21: Love Yourself
Last but not least, The most important thing to remember and, most importantly, practice is to “love yourself.”
Tell yourself that there’s no one right way to wear or style your hair, and there’s no one right color to wear. Find a way to truly show love to yourself. The genuine love that you would show others so it to yourself.
These are the 21 challenges for our 21 days and if you practice them honestly, believe us, after the 21 days you will feel the difference.
